AHA sources homes that meet our strict qualifications - including a target 10–15 minute drive time to the workplace (maximum 30 minutes), safe neighborhoods, quality furnishings, reliable utilities, and professional-grade readiness. Once selected, we prepare and equip the home so everything works the moment your new team-members walk in.

We coordinate arrival logistics, confirm home readiness, and provide a smooth, predictable on-boarding experience. Your people check in to a clean, fully furnished home with utilities active, high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen essentials, laundry access, and support if needed.
