By accessing this website, submitting a property, or requesting corporate housing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit information.
About AHA Global Holdings
AHA Global Holdings (“AHA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides corporate housing placement, property evaluation, and partnership coordination services for traveling professionals and corporate clients.
AHA is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
Eligibility & Use of Services
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have legal authority to submit information
All information provided is accurate and complete
AHA reserves the right to decline any submission or inquiry at its discretion.
Property Owner Submissions
Property owners may submit homes for evaluation. By doing so, you acknowledge:
Submission does not guarantee approval, partnership, or income
AHA conducts internal logistical and demand analysis only
Properties beyond a 30-minute radius of major employment hubs may not qualify
Priority is given to homes within 10–15 minutes of hospitals, corporate campuses, and similar employers
By submitting a property for evaluation, property owners acknowledge and agree to the Property Owner Submission Acknowledgment, which forms part of these Terms.

Approved properties require a separate written Partnership Agreement, which governs:

Prohibited Uses

All website content, graphics, diagrams, icons, and written materials are the intellectual property of AHA Global Holdings and may not be reused without written consent.

AHA provides services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding:

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AHA Global Holdings shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed fees paid to AHA for the related service.

AHA may use third-party platforms for analytics, hosting, communication, and marketing. AHA is not responsible for third-party practices.
Termination
AHA may suspend or terminate website access or services at any time without liability.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
